How do I register?

You need a valid email, then go to the Management Console to register. After activation, sign in to purchase services.

How to get IP via IpStar API?

After purchase, extract IP from "Obtain Proxy" menu. IpStar provides APIs for IP proxy channels. See "API Reference" in console. Then integrate into your code.

How to purchase?

Sign in, click 【Products】, then 【Purchase】. Choose a package and quantity. Click purchase to generate order. After payment, see Obtain Proxies and Obtain Proxy APIs menus.

What is an IP whitelist?

IpStar offers a whitelist to enhance security. Find it in account settings of the management console.

How to buy proxy services?

Log in, go to console, find Products, or click: https://www.ipstar.io/product/residential or see pricing: https://www.ipstar.io/pricing/residential

When will I get my proxy balance after payment?

Instantly. After payment, refresh your IP balance in the program.

What if an extracted IP doesn't work?

Most IPs work. If not, switch channels. IpStar only charges for valid IPs.

Is online payment safe on your site?

Yes. We use Stripe, PayPal, Coingate. They handle payments, not us. Your info is secure.

How to switch to another IP?

Three ways: (1) Re-select from proxy list. (2) Use special API (see docs). (3) Custom username. Format: user-ipstr-0-country-N. Change 'ipstr' segment to change IP. Change 'country' to switch countries (must also change 'ipstr').

How large is IpStar's IP pool?

IpStar has 90M+ residential IPs, updated regularly.
